I would make a longer cranking arm because lots of potential winding power is lost because of this short arm, I would remove the unused post of the cancelled backup anti reverse and the unused teeth from the back of the rotor, and I'd replace that heavy drag clicker system with a simple bolted clicker tongue and a metal gear on the shaft

Nortiv 8 doesn't offer a men's equivalent to the Echo Mid, but the Armadillo Fieldlite Mid shares many of its qualities, and we expect it to perform similarly (we're currently testing it and will report back with more details in the next update)
