This fee covers equipment use, coaching services, administrative costs (insurance, etc). The January clinic is January 5 31 . Winter training takes place in the teams indoor erg room at 111 Wade Street, Jamestown, NC. When: Training times are from 4: 45pm to 6: 15pm Mon Friday and at 9 11am on Saturday mornings.
